Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, Auratus X does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.
Why No Refunds?
- Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
- License keys are generated and activated immediately upon purchase
- We provide detailed information about features and compatibility before purchase
- Free trials and demos are not available due to the nature of the product

Replacements & Compensations
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that technical issues can occur. In certain circumstances, replacements or compensations may be provided at our sole discretion.
Eligible Situations
Replacements or compensations may be considered in the following cases:
- Invalid License Key: If your purchased key does not work due to a generation error
- Server Issues: If our authentication servers are down for extended periods
- Product Defects: If the script has critical bugs that prevent basic functionality
- Compatibility Issues: If the product fails to work with officially supported executors
- Account Issues: If there are problems with your account or key activation
Not Eligible For Compensation
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Incompatibility with unsupported executors
- Bans or suspensions from Roblox (we cannot control Roblox's anti-cheat)
- Changes in Roblox's security that affect functionality
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Hardware or software issues on the user's end
